Zadok Jewelers has launched its second major multibrand showroom in Texas, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion. The new 11,000-square-foot store, located at The Domain in Austin, officially opened this week, joining the flagship 28,000-square-foot location in Houston.
This expansion not only establishes a presence in another rapidly growing city but also represents a major development for Zadok Jewelers: it marks the first time in the company’s history—since its founding in 1976—that it has secured Rolex as its anchor brand.
“We are honored to bring Rolex timepieces to our new Austin location — it’s a partnership we’ve long awaited and deeply value,” said Segev Zadok, partner at Zadok Jewelers. “As a family-owned jeweler with deep Texas roots, collaborating with a brand as iconic as Rolex is a milestone for us. We’re excited to offer the Austin community a truly exceptional experience defined by precision, heritage, and excellence.”
Along with the partnership with Rolex, Zadok has rekindled its strong ties with Richemont in Austin, bringing dedicated boutiques for IWC and Panerai. Tudor also receives its own boutique, while there are specialized areas for Jaeger Le-Coultre and Bulgari watches. Rolex occupies a prime 1,700-square-foot space, representing 15% of the total retail area in the showroom.
The strategy behind Zadok’s new location in Austin is similar to its Houston flagship: to offer a curated selection of prestigious watch and jewelry brands within expansive, hospitality-driven stores. Central to the showroom’s design is a partnership with local architect Nina Magon, known for her award-winning work on Cocody Restaurant in Houston. Magon helped create the Nina Magon Bar within the showroom, where visitors can enjoy a unique experience, including drinks crafted by mixologists and the option of engaging with artisans on-site.
The store also features a “Zadok Vault” for showcasing exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces, a pre-owned area, and “The Bridal Shop,” which offers personalized consultations and bespoke services. In addition, Zadok Jewelers will be the exclusive retailer of several high-end jewelry brands, including Anita Ko, Mikimoto, Moritz Glik, Nouvel Heritage, Pasquale Bruni, and Pomellato, alongside its own Zadok Collection.
“We are thrilled to join the vibrant Austin community,” said Jonathan Zadok, partner at Zadok Jewelers. “Opening here feels like a natural extension of our family’s journey. We’re honored to bring our tradition of craftsmanship, exceptional service, and warm Texas hospitality to The Domain, and we look forward to becoming part of this incredible community.”
The showroom’s design, crafted by Austin-based Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, provides a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The space is bright and airy, akin to a fine art gallery, where watches and jewelry are displayed in an environment that encourages interaction with the watchmakers and jewelers. In addition to the visual appeal, the showroom offers an Instagram-optimized setting perfect for events like watch launches and fashion shows.
“Our goal was to create a space that’s as welcoming as it is elegant,” said Gilad Zadok, partner at Zadok Jewelers. “From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. Just like our Houston flagship, the Austin showroom is designed to feel like an extension of our living room—because, as we always say at Zadok, ‘You’re only a stranger once.’”
As Zadok Jewelers continues to grow, it remains at the forefront of luxury retail in Texas, further solidifying its position as a premier destination for fine watches and jewelry.
