Xiaomi celebrated its 15th anniversary by introducing the Watch S4 15th Anniversary Edition in China on Thursday. The special-edition smartwatch, powered by the company’s in-house XRING T1 chipset, was revealed during a high-profile launch event that also featured the Xiaomi 15s Pro smartphone and Pad 7 Ultra tablet.
Refreshed Design and Enhanced Features
The Watch S4 15th Anniversary Edition distinguishes itself from the standard Watch S4 with a refined design and new color options—Black and Green. It sports a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a 466 x 466-pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 1,500 nits peak brightness.
Performance and Battery Life
Running on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, the smartwatch supports devices running Android 8.0+ and iOS 12.0+. The XRING T1 chipset delivers a 500MHz CPU frequency, ensuring smooth performance.
One of the standout features is its nine-day battery life with eSIM functionality enabled—a notable upgrade from the standard model’s seven-day endurance. The 486mAh battery powers the device, which also supports Xiaomi car controls without requiring a smartphone.
Advanced Health and Connectivity
The watch includes SpO2 (blood oxygen) monitoring, heart rate tracking, and a 5 ATM water resistance rating. Connectivity options span 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou, and QZSS.

Priced at CNY 1,299 (approx. Rs. 15,000), the anniversary edition sits at a premium over the standard Watch S4, which starts at CNY 999 (approx. Rs. 11,800).
