The timepiece stands out with its innovative display of weekday and date, housed within a refined 41mm white gold case and powered by a groundbreaking eight-day manual-winding movement.
A Harmonious and Practical Design
The Ref. 5328G-001 redefines everyday functionality with its instantaneous weekday aperture and pointer date, both integrated seamlessly into the subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock. These complications switch precisely at midnight, ensuring clarity and convenience. The power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock completes the balanced vertical layout, offering a practical yet elegant touch.
Crafted in 18K white gold, the 41mm x 10.52mm case features a smooth bezel, hobnail guilloché case band, and straight lugs, embodying the classic Calatrava aesthetic. The grained blue dial with a black gradient rim is adorned with sans-serif Arabic numerals and syringe-style hands, both treated with white luminescent coating for enhanced legibility in low light. A sapphire exhibition caseback reveals the intricate craftsmanship of the movement.
